St.Paul High School

The PTA General Body Meeting was held on *27th June* . Only one parent/guardian per
student was permitted to attend. The meeting was conducted in separate time slots for
different classes to ensure smooth coordination.
The Principal welcomed the parents and introduced the newly appointed Manager Rev. Fr.
Venancio, who addressed the gathering.
The Principal also briefed the parents on important guidelines regarding punctuality, school
rules and regulations, discipline, uniform, examinations, and the marking scheme.
The meeting concluded with the election of PTA representatives for each class. The
proceedings ended successfully at 12:00 noon.
