St.Paul High School

The Annual Thanksgiving Rosary ,where the entire Staff & Management come together to express gratitude to The Almighty for the fruitful completion of the academic year, was held in the school lobby at 8.30a.m.
This was followed by a send off programme for Ms.Gloria Gonsalves in the school hall. Ms.Gloria Gonsalves ,a dedicated teacher of the Secondary section took Voluntary Retirement after rendering 34 years of service to our institution. A diligent, proficient & hardworking teacher, Ms. Gloria, not only taught Marathi and Hindi with passion, but took it upon herself to instil moral values and discipline in her students. Her kindness, generosity & fun loving nature made her a much loved member of the Pauline staff. She will be greatly missed.
The send-off programme began with Ms. Gloria being escorted into the school hall in a procession. She was accompanied by her family , Fr. Manager, Fr. Principal & the section heads. A prayer service was conducted to thank The Lord for the gift of Ms.Gloria and to invoke God’s blessings on her and her family.
There were speeches, songs , spot prizes & a power point presentation.
The programme was graced by ex-principal Rev.Fr. Antonio Fernandes , Sr. Arena Gonsalves and several retired teachers who had been a part of Ms. Gloria’s journey in St.Paul’s.
Ms. Gloria expressed gratitude to the institution, the management and staff for making her tenure in St. Paul’s a pleasant and memorable one.
A sumptuous meal was organised for the staff after the programme.
