Birthday Celebration of Rev. Fr. Austin Norris

The birthday of our beloved Manager, Rev. Fr. Austin Norris, was celebrated on Saturday, June 21, in the school hall. The event began with a welcome dance by the primary students, followed by compères Ms. Punitha and Ms. Rhea greeting all present. A prayer by the primary teachers and a devotional dance by the academy section boys set the tone for the celebration. Ms. Julie Nazareth shared a few words about Father, after which the cake was cut and gifts, including a bouquet, greeting card, and token of appreciation, were presented.

Students from the primary and secondary sections performed dances, poems were recited by Master Swarit Mane and Ms. Selena Rodrigues, and the primary teachers sang a birthday song. Rev. Fr. Walter Penn expressed his appreciation, and Fr. Austin, touched by the efforts, recited a poem of his own and shared guidance with the SSC students. Ms. Caroline Chogule delivered the vote of thanks.

During the school assembly, Std. IV teachers also held a special celebration with prayers, hymns, poetry, and the birthday song. Father expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all for making his day memorable.
