St.Paul High School

St. Paul’s High School (Boys), Hindmata, Dadar (East), Mumbai hosted the Ward-Level Folk Dance Competition 2026 on 13 August 2026 in the School Hall.
The event brought together students from participating schools to celebrate India’s rich folk traditions, cultural diversity, teamwork and creativity. The programme commenced with a vibrant welcome dance by the students of St. Paul’s High School (Boys), setting an energetic and festive tone for the day.
Students from the participating schools presented captivating folk-dance performances in two groups. A total of 18 competition performances were presented—6 in Group 1 and 12 in Group 2. The performances beautifully showcased colourful costumes, traditional props, creative formations and coordinated choreography.
The competition provided students with a wonderful platform to showcase their talent, develop teamwork and appreciate the diverse cultural heritage of our country.
Adding to the pride and joy of the occasion, St. Paul’s High School (Boys) bagged the First Prize in the Senior Category at the Ward-Level Folk Dance Competition. This achievement was a proud reflection of the students’ dedication, hard work, teamwork and artistic excellence.
The event concluded on a joyful note, celebrating talent, tradition, culture and togetherness, and creating cherished memories for all the participants.
